We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
In-game currency, licence plates, vehicles and other items are virtual, exist only inside the app, and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, refunded, or transferred outside the app. Plate trades between players are settled in in-game currency only; no real money passes between players. A completed trade is final. We may adjust, remove, or reset virtual items and records where needed to keep the game fair or to operate the service.
Other players see exactly two things you write: your callsign on the leaderboard and the custom part of a named plate listed on the exchange. By using the app you agree not to submit content that is offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, impersonating another person, brand or the developer, or otherwise objectionable — and not to abuse other players in any way.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Submitted text is filtered automatically on entry, and every player can report another player directly from the leaderboard and hide them immediately. We review reports and may, without notice, remove a callsign or plate, reset a player's records and virtual items, block access to the leaderboard and the exchange, or terminate access entirely. Repeated or serious violations result in a permanent block.
You can delete your account together with all online records at any time in the app's settings.
Tampering with the app, the leaderboard, score submission, or the plate exchange is prohibited and may result in the removal of your records and virtual items.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
StateFlo is a work of fiction. The country, its cities and regions, the states of the world, the parliament, the ministries, the agencies, the currency, the parties, the officials and the events do not exist and do not portray any real state. Any resemblance to real names, institutions, events or persons is coincidental. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, state body, public institution, central bank, or real person.
